If you’ve followed me long enough, you know I love interior design. The original dining room was giving mashed potatoes without garlic and white rice without butter. Inspired by the design of our previous bathroom, I wanted a room that felt high end but approachable. We removed the coffered ceilings to add height, installed the checkerboard flooring, a lil wainscoting and high gloss paint and bam, our dining room is finished. #jhpdesign | Jackie Hill Perry
