This morning I’m once again talking about the dilation process I’m having to go through post Vaginoplasty surgery. It’s quite a strenuous thing to put your body through every day. Dilation is best done within a time frame of the operation to avoid trying to stretch the skin once it has turned into scar tissue as the skin then becomes a lot harder which means it is more difficult and painful to stretch.
