In my flow 🌺 another great day in the saddle done and dusted ! I started to pay more attention to my fueling on and off the bike as „serious work” is part of my training program now If I do endurance rides I aim for 50-50g of carbs in form of little sandwich, energy bar or home made banana cake. The more hours I get the more I lean towards having „junk food” such as haribos or snickers, kinder chocolate etc When I do some work: tempo efforts, strength efforts, long sprints then I aim for 70-80g
